Dilworth Fall Market Snapshot

Fall is in the air! The leaves are changing, the temperature is dropping and the housing inventory in Dilworth is low. What does this mean for you asa DilworthCharlotte.com reader? Glad you asked. It means now would be an incredibly opportune time to list your home. With little variety to choose from, and as illustrated in the graph below, it is a prime sellers market. Typically when a neighborhood has over six months of inventory, it is considered to be in a “buyers market”. However, with just over three months of inventory, the Dilworth community is just begging to have more homes for sale on the market.
