Market Update + Year in Review

As the year winds down (and to escape the hustle and bustle of the season), I thought I’d pop by for one last Market Update Report and to share a snapshot of this past year’s highlights!

Let’s get to it…

As I’ve mentioned throughout the year, home inventory continues to be lower than in years past and the average sales price also continues to increase. Check out the graph below:

I was able to continue with one of my favorite blogs: the Dilworth Business Series! This year I got to not only feature a new Dilworth business owner, but also a past client! Here’s Kamp Hiccup if you haven’t seen yet with owner, Kelly Taylor.

Another fun highlight was when I was featured in one of my favorite local publications, CharlotteFive. I got to showcase some of my favorite home design trends I’ve seen this year.

This past fall I was also able to host a Client Appreciation Party! Throughout the past almost 15 years in real estate, I’ve been fortunate enough to have some of the absolute best clients – clients who have turned into friends. It only seemed fitting to have them all in one place for a night to appreciate them and celebrate. Dilworth Tasting Room’s back patio was the perfect setting and the weather could not have been more ideal.

*Can you make this photo fit the other photo sizes?!*

Finally, on a personal note, I was able to see one of the most beautiful parts of our country this year when I attended a wedding near Lake Tahoe!

I truly love serving my clients and helping them through one of life’s (potentially) most stressful situations – I’ve developed techniques to get top dollar, sell quickly (or win in a bidding war!) and make the overall process more enjoyable.  I would love to be able to meet with you if you are thinking of buying or selling in 2019!
