Seller Q&A | 2002 Floral

Continuing with our Seller Q&A mini-series are the wonderful sellers at 2002 Floral Avenue! Located in such a primetime Dilworth location (a couple blocks from Freedom Park, just a few steps from every shopping and dining option you could want), this beautiful home is sure to blow you away. We really loved what our sellers had to say about their home, and thought our readers would enjoy as well. Take a look at their original post for additional photos and features!

As always, reach out to us at Sarah@SarahMartinHomes.com if you have any questions.

2002 Floral Ave

How long have you lived in your current home? What’s your favorite feature?
Two years and one month. It’s hard to pick one favorite feature, when it’s pleasant outside, we could not get enough of sitting and relaxing on the porch and the stream was a bonus after a rainfall. The openness and warmth of the house made coming home feel like a relaxing getaway. The chefs kitchen was addictive to create meals. We are really going to miss everything about the house.

Favorite memory in your home?
Celebrating the arrival of both of our children with friends and family.

What will you miss most?
The peacefulness that washed over us the moment we stepped inside

What do you hope the new owners will enjoy?
The uniqueness of a home like this so close to uptown. We hope the new owners get to spend many years watching their family grow in this amazing house.

What do you love most about the neighborhood?
Great restaurants, Fresh Market (we will miss a grocery store a block away), salons, Freedom Park, work (some weeks we never got in our car!)

Favorite neighborhoods spots to shop, eat, etc?
We frequented Kid Cashew, Lebowskis, and Bakersfield the most. it was great being so close to South Blvd and visiting the breweries. we loved how kid friendly everything is. ImagineOn uptown was also a great go to for kids.
