Dilworth Business Series: Chef Alyssa’s Kitchen
Over the past few years, I have really enjoyed seeing this next Dilworth Business Series company thrive – and I’m really excited to highlight Chef Alyssa’s Kitchen!
I was first introduced to Chef Alyssa (+ her crew!) when I took her “knife skills” class in an effort to sharpen my basic cooking skills and learn some new techniques to make meal time more seamless. Not only did I chop a ton of veggies over the course of those three hours, but at the end of the class she put our veggies to good use and served us a really flavorful veggie hash! If you haven’t had a chance to check out any of her classes, check out their upcoming schedule here. The class offerings are always rotating and fitting to the seasons and holidays. Classes are are great idea for company outings, a small group, birthday/anniversary celebrations and also to spice up date night! I’ve got my eye on the upcoming gourmet grilled cheese workshop!
Over the last few years, the company has truly taken off! Not only did they move into a much larger, more customized space, but they now offer Saturday morning brunch (menu here), kids classes, catering and even have their products in a few local Charlotte stores!
Pro tip: If you’re scrambling for Valentine’s Day plans, they’ve got four different classes to choose from!
