Reflecting

As the year draws to an end, we here at DilworthCharlotte always enjoy taking a moment to reflect on the past year.  And this year, we are very thankful to have happy news to report: in 2017, the average price of a single-family home in Charlotte was up 6% from 2016!

Overall, it was a great year in real estate and we have loved the new relationships we have formed with our buyers and sellers. We value being able to guide our clients through a smooth buying or selling transaction while also making sure to negotiate all aspects of a contract with their best interest in mind. We are also so happy to praise Dilworth Charlotte’s Sarah Martin as the #1 agent in Dilworth this year (check out this earlier post)!
