Have you ever shown up to a view a home for sale and felt duped because the photos online were misleading? I hear that so often from my buyer clients! The kitchen looks smaller, the so-called bedrooms don’t have closets and there is absolutely no flow to the home. Well, problem solved. Let me introduce you to a one-of-a-kind, state-of-the-art clickable virtual tour. For all you photo nerds, the actual footage takes about four hours to shoot and then an additional 15+ hours to edit and produce the incredible results you are about to see.

With this new technology, instead of pressing play and watching an edited video, YOU get to click through the house (as if you were walking through it) and see every single angle you want to see. For a seller, it seems a little daunting (imagine people being able to see the laundry hidden behind the closet door!), but from a buyers perspective, you actually feel as if you are walking through the home in person.
